  • Processing cutoff: Orders submitted before 6:00 PM begin processing that day. Orders submitted after 6:00 PM or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.
  • Estimated transit time: 5–10 business days after shipment.
  • Carriers: DHL, UPS, and FedEx, as arranged for the shipment.
  • Tracking: Tracking information may be provided where available, allowing customers to monitor shipment progress.

The time required to process an order is separate from the transit time after shipment. An order that begins processing on the day it is submitted is not necessarily shipped that same day.
